Dean Phelan (Victorian Clinical Genetics Services)

Green List (high evidence)

PMID: 32274568 - Rare biallelic CPAMD8 variants identified in four patients with Congenital glaucoma with anterior segment dysgenesis. Bioinformatic and in vitro functional evaluation of the variants using quantitative reverse transcription PCR and minigene analysis supported a loss-of-function pathogenic mechanism.
