I don't know

Eleven unrelated individuals with de novo variants in this gene; postulated that some variants exert dominant-negative effect resulting in a more severe phenotype than the LoF variants.

Clinical presentation is generally post-natal, but pontocerebellar hypoplasia rarely reported.
