Poikiloderma with neutropaenia (PN) is characterized by poikiloderma, hyperkeratotic nails, generalized hyperkeratosis on palms and soles, noncyclic neutropaenia, short stature, and recurrent pulmonary infections. More than 10 unrelated families reported.
