Green List (high evidence)

Reported in 4 unrelated individuals. Phenotype of developmental delay/intellectual disability and seizures. Loss of ortholog in Drosophila reduces the survival rate, and the surviving adults exhibit climbing defects, are prone to severe seizures, and have a short lifespan. Functional studies in 3 variants from two probands showed loss of function.
